Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood was born and raised in Arkansas, and was raised there. She went on to become a TV host for the daytime talkshow The Talk. Born in Arkansas she grew up at Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has the same family which has experienced numerous issues. She spent most her childhood caring for her younger sibling Frankie. Frankie was a polio sufferer. As a teenager, she experienced difficulties with her mom. Sheryl states that one time she cut her father's hair because he got too close. Following her college graduation Sheryl was a soldier in the military. Her passion for the military was comedy. In 1989, she became the first woman to make the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. In 1992, she began her TV debut as a regular performer in the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. She also appeared in 2000 as a host on the TV show Oh Drama! In 2011, she began appearing as a co-host on the talk show The Talk. In addition, she has appeared on fictional show like Bulworth Niki and Beauty Shop.
