Harry

Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British composer and vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. The father of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born on February 1st, 1994 at Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, and with his three classmates, created a band group called White Eskimo. Following their victory in the Battle of Bands 2009 thanks to a stellar performance, the band also took part in the 2010 Battle of Bands. In spite of always having an interest in music the man also had a dream of becoming an attorney or an physiotherapist. He worked for a time as a part-time baker in the city he lived in to help economically at home. Harry Styles, in 2010 made an audition for The X Factor. His track Is not She Lovely was recorded by Stevie Wonder. It was for this reason that the group split. The audition was held on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles join the band to be called One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. During the competition the band performed songs like My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart from Bonnie Tyler so the group became one of the candidates to be the winner. But they finished 3rd place, behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles, his group as well as Cowell were not able to take home the prize. But Cowell gave Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
