Noureen was born to parents in Georgia and is an American actor who has Indian roots. Her parents come originally from Pune, India, and her sisters are twins, who she loves dearly. Their siblings were blessed to go to the top schools in the USA because the parents were determined to provide their children with the highest quality education. Noureen is born 1984 New York City in the United States to her Indian parents, giving her a Marathi-Indian ethnicity background. Her sisters are twins, who she says they love their lives to pieces, and are always supportive of each other regardless of what they are doing. She speaks fluent Hindi, Gujarati and Urdu.
